what a dreary week

I don't think it's ever going to stop raining. I guess "April showers bring May flowers".

Getting in the mood to raise truffle trees again. Unfortunately it gets too cold in our area. Must convince Miranda to move further South.

Tomorrow we are off to Diamond and hopefully for the last time for a long time. Looking forward to that but not looking forward to moving the rest of our stuff in the rain. Of course, we will always be attached to Diamond as our first son Teemu is buried there. Miranda and I also have burial plots there. Last time we were out there, I tried out my plot. Might as well get used to it as I will be spending some time there in the future.

Next Friday, Miranda and I are going to try to have a date night and go out to eat. She is going to try to find a baby sitter today. Looking forward to that. We haven't done this for quite some time now. No oysters on the half shell this time.
