bagels
When I was in college, Joplin had a Great American Bagel and I loved their Chocolate Chip Bagels. Panera Bread in Joplin finally started making them also. Unfortunately that's too far away now. So I found my own recipes. Now sure which one to try. Here or here. Of course if we had a Bread Machine then I could make these.

I have a bread machine you can have! I never use it. Just come and get it... It will be one less thing to move later. I like kneading the dough to relieve the stress! lol
BTW - the kittens are ready... They love to eat rats/mice!!!
You guys going to be home Saturday night? I want to bring Patrick and Nellie to make sure they are fine with the kitten.
