camp.

Camp is over and ended on a slightly bizarre note. The rest of this paragraph is "Holiness church" related and will probably offend everyone that reads this... So skip over please. Thank you. Now to my ramblings. The message was pretty good going until the end. Sandals, computers, and tvs are evil? Sandals are terrible fashion statements and extremely tacky but evil? I'm guessing heaven will be pretty empty without Jesus (who was a prolific sandal wearer). Maybe someone should tell him? I'm being facetious (of course). The whole TV/computer thing is problematic for me (since I'm a computer programmer). Imagine if I was wearing sandals whilst programming? I'm also wondering how I've become involved in (what boils down to) a cult? In the last month or so, I've heard it mentioned that someone (not sure who) couldn't lead song service because they didn't wear white shirts. Now this. Next will be committing suicide because a comet is flying by. Ok, that's a fairly large leap in logic but maybe we have just become the "Holiness Mennonites". Anyway at the end he belligerently shouted out "I'm not scared of you" at us. Which is fine with me. I'm not a scary person but it was a bit "over the top". I'm not sure how I feel about all of this. Slightly depressed but I find it somewhat humorous.

Today we are off to Dad's surgery. I will update fairly frequently.

I'm sure a lot of people would like to comment on this but instead are gossiping among themselves. Its kind of sad that people are like that but I look back and I was once a part of that. Its really funny how time changes alot of things. I for one say Amen to your comments.

Perhaps you did not comprehend what the man was really trying to express...or the reason for his concern....
