So after some discussion yesterday, Miranda and I have decided to wait until December to decide whether we are moving back to Diamond or not. She has to give the school notice ahead of time.

At this point, the renters now owe us $2100 with no real hope in getting the money. And unless we get a lawyer and go to court, I believe we can't sell the house until May 2010.

Anyway... With that all said I personally think we will end up moving back. There is a nice Christian school in Neosho that Patrick and Nellie can go to. I will drive to Monett and Miranda will stay home with Nellie until she starts preschool.

We gave it our best shot but it just isn't working out. If we can't start selling again until May of 2010 that will be two years that the house is hanging over our heads. If it takes another year to sell, that would move it up to three years.

We like SW Missouri and Joplin. I would ideally like to move closer to work since it's a 30 minute commute one way, but I'm thinking we won't try to sell for a few years (if ever).
