Long day today. Took 1/2 day of vacation and went to Neosho. Talked with the lawyer and everything appears to be a "go". Our realtor is talking with their realtor (they both are with the same company) and going to talk to her to see if a loan is still possible with her situation. I really hate to throw away a good buyer (assuming she isn't like her husband). But unless something changes, we will be going to court over the next month or so.

Stopped by a hobby place in Joplin but there weren't any sailboats. Went to Best Buy and didn't buy anything! I'm proud of myself. I did run by JR Learning for Miranda and picked up some teaching stuff. I was lost.
