We may have a family decision that we aren't going on the big RV trip next year. Aaron and Lindsay didn't want to use all their vacation for the entire year (and I agree!). I'm in the same situation. Plus with the price of gas and spending 10 days with my mother-in-law. Well it'd be the crazy house for me.
So we are looking around for another smaller vacation to do with the whole family. I would suggest a 7 day sailing cruise and I can definitely hook us up with a 13 foot sailboat for $500. It may be a bit cramped for 13 people. I guess we could each have 1 square foot for a week. I will be the captain and skipper. The rest of the people can bail the water while we are sinking.

there was a hobie cat at Kaw Lake this weekend next to us. looked like a lot of fun.
Just remember that you still have to spend time with your MIL and it don't really take that long to drive a person crazy. If you don't believe me, just ask your FIL.
