That big *whew!* sound that you hear is coming from Vinita, OK. Mom and Dad made it home from Canton, TX after being with us and the children for a couple of days. It was hot down there (about 100+) but it was fun.

Canton, TX is kinda like Hillbilly Wall Street. Vendors selling everything imaginable for acres and acres.

Patrick and Nellie hung out with Mom and Dad and rode on their rented scooters while Miranda and I walked. We didn't see 10% of it but it was a lot of fun.

The Tour de France has started and will run the entire month of July. This will be the first year I've missed it since I started about 4-6 years ago.

Funny story about Patrick. He was riding with Dad on the scooter and Dad was trying to make it up onto a sidewalk but hit the curb instead. Patrick told him, "You've got to watch what you are doing." And he said it in the way that we was explaining something to Dad. It was hilarious.
