Off to Monett today. Going to hand deliver the eviction notice. When you rent from the nuclearcowboy, you get service! I'm guessing the situation will get ugly also. I don't mind ugly.
Unfortunately, due to the lease, we may be stuck with the house until May of 2010 (when the lease runs out). We will have to talk to a lawyer about that (I'm guessing).
Hopefully this will be the last of the house posts for awhile.
