Please note that I got the diacritical marks on the ñ. I'm awesome. I finally figured out how to do this by using the International Keyboard using this page. So now I can type "le garçon" (boy) and "le ministère de affaires étrangères" (foreign minister). This will come in handy when Patrick becomes the Foreign Minister of France but not until then.
