Well I'm depositing the check today. At this point we are really hoping that it bounces so that we can start the eviction. Called the lawyer and depending on how long they decide to drag it out, it will take from 1 month to about 3 months. Then we start the process all over again. Yay!

Not sure what will happen next but if I was a betting man (which I'm not but probably soon will be), I would bet that next May we end up moving back to Diamond. What a disaster.
