Overall it was a nice weekend. IBS was at Parsons last night. Garrett's birthday party was nice. I hadn't seen that side of the family for awhile and it was nice to see everyone.
53 more days until April 30th. I haven't heard anything from our renters (other than receiving our rent check). Although we are going to have problems finding a house to buy. There aren't many that we would be interested in. Miranda keeps saying "When it's time for us to buy, something will be there".
