As everyone is aware, we have our house up for sale again. Of course, now that it's up for sale, housing is going to "double dip".

Reminds me of a joke a guy told me:

Dan: Ask me the secret of my success.

Me: What's the secret of your...

Dan: (interrupting me) My timing.

I have that same timing. In 2008 I decided to play a little bit in the stock market. I put in my money and literally the next day, the stock market crashed. I am not joking either.
